MORE STRONG WINDS FORECAST THIS WEEKEND

We await Storm Dennis!

With last weekend still fresh in our minds, we remind you that if you are planning to be out and about on The Sandstone Ridge this weekend, then it would be wise to check before you travel.

Walking on The Ridge is not to be advised during the current amber warnings and forecasts which suggest that more high winds and heavy rain are on the way.

You may well find that several venues will also remain shut or operate with partial closures. Some local National Trust properties have already posted that they will remain closed on Saturday 15 February. We await news regarding English Heritage sites locally.
