News of an Autumn Event for our Cheshire Farmers and led by 'Taste Cheshire'.

Date: Thursday 14 November
Where: Barbour Institute, High Street, Tattenhall.
Time: Doors open at 7pm for light refreshments (speakers begin at 7.30pm)

This event provides the perfect opportunity for our Cheshire Farmers in the Foods and Drink Industry to come together and examine food trends and opportunities for Cheshire producers. The event is relevant to all food producers in our area.

Led by 'Taste Cheshire', and supported by NoW Food, the team will outline current food and drinks trends, route to market answers, and opportunities for farm produce in an increasingly challenging farming context, from reduced subsidies to climate change and flooding.

The evening also provides an opportunity to find out about forthcoming equipment grants for producers, European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Business Support funding, and other resources available to assist farm businesses.
