With a Farmer Network right here on The Ridge, we bring to your attention an upcoming Mental Health Conference and Workshop, which will be followed by a livestock charity auction with celebrity auctioneers.

The Conference aims to raise awareness about mental health, highlight the importance of talking to each other and remaining positive, seeking help if required and removing the stigma.

All auction proceeds will go to three charities:

  • Cheshire Agricultural Chaplaincy
  • DPJ Foundation
  • Farming Community Network (FCN)

Whilst the event is not being held on The Ridge itself, it is sufficiently close for members of our Farmer Network to make the journey to:

  • Halls Livestock Auction Centre, Shrewsbury
  • 13 September 2019

Those who donate a calf will receive a bag of Volac Blossom Milk Replacer, while farmers who donate a breeding hogget will receive a bag of Volac Lamlac Milk Replacer.

The event is free to attend; however, attendees are required to pre-register here.
