Following our guidance on the Amber weather warning last weekend, please be advised that there is now a Met Office Yellow weather warning in place for our area.
What does a Yellow weather warning involve — RAIN!! (and lots of it).
The warning is in place from 9pm on Wednesday (October 7) to 9am on Thursday (October 8) and affects the whole of the Cheshire region including, Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East.
There is bound to be yet more localised flooding since the ground is already saturated and there is likely to be surface debris too.
Please be careful if you are out and about on the Ridge and be mindful of any slippage.
Stay safe everyone.
