Malpas is the southern gateway to The Cheshire Sandstone Ridge.

Ordinarily, they would be hosting their annual 'Yesteryear Rally' in the next few days at which there would be quite the most remarkable exhibits from 'times past'.

Enthusiasts will be disappointed to know that the September 2021 Rally has been cancelled but will appreciate that, in the context of Covid-19, it was simply impossible to organise such an event during the last few months.

This was particularly disappointing for the organisers.

That said, the dates for the 2022 event are fixed – 10-11 September 2022.

This will be particularly exciting for enthusiasts since 2022 will mark the 50th Anniversary of the event, the first Malpas Yesteryear Rally having been held back in 1972.

Anybody who had entered this year's event will automatically receive an entry form for 2022.
