Yellow Weather Warnings

16/04/24
Safety-First

The Met Office has issued a 'Yellow Weather Warning' as Storm Francis is set to unleash its power in our area of The Sandstone Ridge.

A Yellow weather warning, with high levels of rain and strong winds, may cause some interruption to power supplies and other services.

Importantly too, spray and flooding of roads is likely.

With trees in full leaf, it is vital that everyone takes extra care if out and out about on The Ridge.

The ground is already saturated with surface water in several locations but there is also the risk of loose debris.
