Just a reminder that the historic Bunbury Mill is now closed for the winter period and will re-open in the Spring of 2025.
The Mill, sited in two acres of wildlife-rich Cheshire countryside and on the River Gowy, is one of our fantastic heritage features on the Cheshire Sandstone Ridge.
Built in the 1840s, Bunbury Mill is a marvellously preserved example of early Victorian engineering.
Much of the machinery is original, and the Mill still grinds local grain.
It is currently maintained and operated by a team of volunteers working for the Bunbury Watermill Trust.
