As promised, we are rolling out one Walk and Ride Festival event day or so in promotion of this 'magical landscape'.

All events are free of charge (other than one which requires a voluntary donation).

'A Woodland Wander'

Date - Monday 7 October

Time – 14.00-16.00

Description – Woodland covers 13% of The Sandstone Ridge, and 343 hectares of that is ancient woodland. Join one of our partners, The Woodland Trust, on a walk of approx 3 miles around Woodhouse Hill and Snidley Moor with sensational views of the Mersey Estuary and North Wales.

Distance and Grade – 3 miles – moderate

Location and Parking – At the entrance to Snidley Moor on the farm track past Shepherds Houses, off Manley Road, Frodsham – nearest postcode WA6 6HW.
