Think summer and think sunflowers right here on the Cheshire Sandstone Ridge.

Bolesworth Castle, one of our principal partners, is hosting a sunflower extravaganza and an exciting maize maze until 4 September 2022.

So, with schools returning next week, enjoy a last chance to pick your own sunflowers, pose for a photo in the wildflower patch (host to bees and butterflies), and weave your way through the maize maze.

A terrific family day out up on the Ridge with lots of learning and craft opportunities as well as picnic areas in abundance!
