The Countryside and Community Research Institute (CCRI) is carrying out a survey on behalf of Rural England on the State of Rural Services 2021.
They are interested in your views and experiences of rural life during the pandemic.
In that way, they can try to make sure that politicians and policies are more informed, based on an understanding of what really happens at a local level.
The closing date for completion of this online survey is the 4th June.
