At the start of 2024 and following some recent enquiries, the Sandstone Ridge Trust confirms the following regarding our designation process:

The Consultants have been appointed and have been collating and reviewing the evidence base regarding the initial Area of Search.

Their findings and evaluation of factors relating to natural beauty, will identify a refined Area of Search.

Boundary refinements and their justifications and recommendations are still being undertaken.

The Trust will update you further in due course.
