As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, immerse yourself in nature.

This year's theme is 'nature and the environment', so if you are out and about on the Sandstone Ridge today, then we encourage you all to 'stop, look and listen'.

It might remain unseasonably cool and there is still the chance of heavy rain showers but Mental Health UK encourages everyone to 'Get out into Nature'.

This benefits are enormous and combine to reduce the risk of mental health problems.

The Sandstone Ridge is a walker's paradise with 368 km of public rights of way.
