This Walk and Ride Festival event on 12 October is proving popular because it is a children and family event — book early to avoid disappointment CLICK HERE.
The event includes a walk with some den building, together with a light lunch (included free of charge).
Take in a walk from Burwardsley Outdoor Education Centre to the top of Willow Hill and build some dens, before returning to the centre for a light lunch.
There is also the option to build dens at the bottom of the hill for those less keen on steep steps.
Our event is aimed at families with children at primary school (NB. No unaccompanied children or adults please). Maximum two adults per child.
Distance and grade: Max 1.5 miles/gentle to moderate.
Location and parking: Burwardsley Outdoor Education Centre, School Lane, Burwardsley CH3 9NX. Limited space only in car park; may have option to use Candle Factory car park nearby.
