Cheshire Wildlife Trust, a partner of The Cheshire Sandstone Ridge Trust, launches its month-long nature challenge this week.

'30 Days Wild' is The Wildlife Trust's annual nature challenge where the nation is reminded to do one 'wild' thing every day throughout the month of June.

There's no set structure, so you can take part in a way that suits you best.

It's also half term so its a great way to get youngsters involved too.

Your daily wild activities can be anything you like — you might be watching Red Kites on the Ridge, planting wildflower seeds, exploring new habitats, spotting early butterflies, watching wildlife webcams, looking for reptiles on Bickerton Hill, going on a bug hunt — the list goes on!

Alongside benefiting your local wildlife, taking part in '30 Days Wild' is proven to make you feel happier, healthier, and more connected to nature.
